In addition, he has 15+ years of expertise in project management and leading complex system development processes, particularly in implementing advanced technologies for international clients.

Vladimir has successfully managed large-scale projects for government institutions and led high-level negotiations with global partners, establishing a strong reputation in the field of strategic engineering leadership.

Daniel Rubin

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Daniel Rubin leads the technological development and innovation at 4BeTech, bringing over 20 years of experience in advanced R&D.

With a solid academic background in physics and engineering, Daniel has made significant contributions to fields such as medical imaging and acoustic signal analysis.
